Samsung – There is no international warrant

I bought my phone a year and a half ago from Genova and I went through all legal requirements to register it in Turkey and I started use it in Turkey. But last week, suddenly my phone started not to call and text message and connect to 3G, but it is connecting to wifi without a problem and can use all other applications with wifi connection. Most probably, there is a problem with phone to sim card connection. So, I brought it to Samsung authorized service and they even didn’t accept my phone to repair. I said that I know there is no guarantee of my phone but I will pay for it, but they gave some senseless reasons and they didn’t accept my phone to repair it.

I want my phone to be repaired and I want to start using it again. I dont know what to do.
