Samsung – Bad Customer Service at Cheras Sentral store – note 2

My Note 2 having problem and i request staff to help me check so that i can replace a new accessories from the store. After i said problem of my phone, he show me his face like non of his business and ask me: What is the effect of the phone? (continue sit and playing his phone)
For me, i am your customer and you are the who professional! Is your responsibility to answer and figure out problem of phone not customer. For my opinion, he just waiting 10pm to off work because i visited at 9pm. Please take action to this staff (male, chinese on 9pm, 29/3/14 at Cheras Sentral)
