Florstore – The worst senior management I have ever dealt with

Florstore was contracted Aug 2013 to do 50% of our lam. Flooring installations. Matthew after receiving our huge deposit was MIA, he’s a salesman with no after sales service. We asked the builder to complete the other 50% installation, but due to their lack of knowledge we had to get Florstore back to do repairs.
Matthew guaranteed the floors would not be discontinued, but it was (had to order in from Germany). Since May we been waiting for 2 bedrooms to be done. Matthew does not return calls, reply to sms’s/emails. Bookings get made, people don’t pitch & no one phones to cancel (9 September).
Philip makes excuses for Matthew & used the moving of their showroom (took 2 / 3 weeks) for the delays. They were set to install week of 13th October, no phone call or email to confirm a date. When I spoke to Philip the Thursday he could just apologise.
Booking then scheduled for 22nd October only to get an email from Matthew to say the installer is behind schedule & can make 23rd (no time confirmed). 9am this morning I get told they we booked for 1pm – how the do you do all that work in 1 day.
