Fixit – Paid for non-services and bad business attitudes

FIXIT fetch my fridge and 2 days later phoned and said fridge is actually working-1 day later I arranged for delivery BUT THEN INDEED IT WAS NOT WORKING.
I was then charged R600 for a service even though they didn’t confirm with me re. Further work and costs as discussed initially-but I was only too happy that my fridge was working.
Ten days later the FRIDGE/FREEZER WAS HOT INSIDE BUT LIGHTS WERE BURNING and they fetch my fridge again.
10 Days later they delivered the fridge and didn’t “investigate” as the fridge was working all the time at the shop.
As this is a spare fridge in the flat it isn’t opened daily.
7 days later-lights working, fridge/freezer hot and food again rotten.
Karel not interested in listening or fixing the problem, Beverly shouts on the phone, them and Marieta are rude, sarcastic, unapproachable and put the phone down in one’s ear.
R600 later, 30 days into 60 days guarantee, the fridge is scratched, not working and a business that is not concerned about client or appliance service-no interest in resolving the matter and they all blame the problem on my electricity – and on the fact that i bought such a large fridge?
