Entergy – Review about Electricity Service from Bellevue, Washington
I think Entergy needs to have more compassion to their customers. I understand they are a business but this is the real world.
Economy is bad enough. People have to have electricity. I asked for two extra days past my extension and was turned down. I just paid 350.00 past due.
Now 104.00 is due. And according to Entergy I must pay that no later than there generated extension date or be cut off and on top of that can’t ask for another extension for a year if I fail to make this payment. Operator was very cold. She didn’t offer any other option. She didn’t even ask why I needed these two extra days.
I’m a single parent living paycheck to paycheck and everything is so high now days. All I’m saying is Entergy we live in the real world and waiting two more days to pay a bill is not going to hurt your company.
But you want to just cut people’s lights off… Smh. A little compassion and and willingness to work with customers will go along way.
